Alicia graduated in 2018 from George Brown College’s Nursing Program with honours and began her nursing career in Long term Care. She shortly switched to Aesthetics and began working as a Junior Nurse at New You Cosmetic Clinic In Toronto, where she was trained on-site to perform all Medical Aesthetic services.
She began her career as a Nurse Injector in early 2019 when she was trained in the clinic by Master Injector and a revered Industry trainer and Medical director Dr Mark Baily. She has since received additional training from international plastic surgeon Dr. Ducu and has worked with a plastic surgeon in Jamaica, where she received additional training on non-surgical techniques.

She has been an Aesthetic Nurse Consultant and Trainer since 2021 for Amalian Canada. She now works full time between Canada and Jamaica, leveraging her expertise and specialized skills to provide exceptional care to her clients. Alicia specializes in training and mentoring new nurses in injection techniques, with a focus on dermal filler courses. She has also received international training in non-surgical rejuvenation techniques, including thread-lifting with absorbable sutures. With her advanced technical expertise and extensive experience, Alicia trains physicians and nurses across Canada and internationally on the latest injection techniques.
 
Alicia is triple certified in gluteal augmentation techniques and other advanced techniques for body fillers, including neck, chest and hands.
Alicia regularly participates in industry conferences and webinars to ensure she remains current on the best treatment options for clients and is a full-time Injector who injects at least 20 clients weekly.
